By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping cost before finalizing your order.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-off Time: Our shipments typically take 3 - 5 business days to arrive (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Please note that order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery Terms: We utilize UPS, USPS, or FedEx for product delivery to ensure efficient and reliable service.
Change of Address: Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to modify the delivery location, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected].
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will gladly accommodate your request. However, once the order has been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged in Transit: If you receive a damaged parcel, please reject it from the courier if possible and contact our customer service immediately at contact at [email protected]. If the parcel is delivered in your absence, please contact us for further assistance.
International Orders: This policy primarily applies to orders within the USA. For international orders, additional terms and conditions may apply, including customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees. International customers are responsible for complying with their country's regulations.
Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email for monitoring the shipment's progress. If you encounter any issues with tracking or have questions about your order's status, please contact our customer service at [email protected].

RETURNS - REFUND
You are welcome to return any full-priced item bought from neuwdenim.com for a full refund (excluding shipping fees and any import duties/taxes paid), as long as it is delivered to our warehouse within 30 days of your delivery and items are in unworn, brand new condition with all original swing tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the products do not meet these conditions.
Miriamhutt does not cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or you were sent an incorrect item. If you paid for your order with PayPal you may be eligible to claim back return postage costs from PayPal – find out more here.
To initiate a refund request, please complete the online return form and post your item/s back to the address supplied in your confirmation email. If this is not sent to your inbox immediately, please check your Spam/Junk Folder or contact us for assistance.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund has been processed. This will usually happen within three business days of delivery, however delays may occur during high order volume times.
As your refund cannot be processed until your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we would recommend keeping your parcel tracking number for your peace of mind. Miriamhutt is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return parcels.
RETURNS
Items can only be returned for a size exchange of the same product. If you would like to try a different colour or style, please proceed with a refund request and place a new order for your preferred item.
Sale Items are not eligible for free return shipping. Customers must pay for return postage.
To initiate an exchange request, please submit the online return form here, ensuring to select Return Outcome: Exchange and entering your preferred product size when prompted.
You will receive an email containing your Auspost shipping label and return instructions within one business day.
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we will process your exchange order. This will usually be shipped within one business day and you will receive email confirmations upon completion.
As stock cannot be held while your return parcel is in transit, your requested exchange size may become unavailable during this time. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise and offer an alternative.
